It appears Kanye West isn’t holding his breath for Kim Kardashian to take him back now that the Skims founder is single again.
The Yeezy CEO, 45, was photographed on Friday hanging out with a mystery woman in Malibu, Calif. while he met with designers and contractors at his $57.3 million estate, which is under construction.
West reportedly bought the property in September 2021 amid his divorce from Kardashian, 41, and the 3,665-square-foot, beachfront property boasts four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The concrete-heavy house was designed by award-winning self-taught architect Tadao Ando, but it seems the “Good Life” rapper still has some tweaks he wants to make.
During his visit to his Malibu mansion, West was seen entering the home with his new gal pal, who was dressed in an oversize black hoodie, baby blue matching set and a pair of black kitten heels. Meanwhile, he was also casual in a black hoodie, shorts and cap.
The unidentified woman appeared to make herself at home as she posed on the property’s balcony and at one point casually checked her phone.
The brunette beauty appeared to strike a pose while she hung out on the property’s balcony.
It is unclear if West and the brunette beauty are romantically involved as they did not show each other any affection during their hangout.
A rep for West did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
While he entertains the company of other women in real life, however, on social media West let the world know his true feelings about the mother of his four kids being back on the market.
The “Praise God” rapper posted on Instagram a now-deleted snap of a doctored New York Times front page with the headline, “SKETE DAVIDSON DEAD AT AGE 28.”
He then took it down after sources close to Kardashian told Page Six that the “Kardashians” star was “livid” with her ex-husband over the post.

West was seen joining the mystery woman on the balcony of his Malibu home.
“Kim and Kanye have been in such a positive co-parenting space and with communication lately.”
West and Kardashian were married from 2014 until March 2022, when they were declared legally single. They share four kids: North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.
Kardashian has only been in one high-profile romance since the split with Pete Davidson. Meanwhile, West has dated “Uncut Gems” star Julia Fox and most recently, model Chaney Jones.
Although Kardashian and Davidson are officially over, a source recently told Page Six the “Keeping Up With the Kardashian” alum’s divorce from West is still “moving forward.”
