Kim Kardashian says her and Kanye West’s eldest children, North, 8, and Saint, 6, are aware of their dad’s online behavior.
“I’m really open and honest with them,” the reality star – who also shares Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2, with the rapper – told Robin Roberts during ABC News’ “The Kardashians” special.
“The younger ones don’t understand as much, but as far as with my two older ones, they know what’s going on.”
At the beginning of Wednesday’s primetime special, screenshots of West’s since-deleted Instagram posts and snippets from his “Eazy” music videos with The Game (in which he mocked Kardashian’s new beau, Pete Davidson) flashed across the screen.

In recent months, West, 44, has launched numerous public attacks on his ex-wife, her family and Davidson, who the musician pretended to bury alive to the lyrics: “God saved me from that crash / Just so I can beat Pete Davidson’s ass.”

“You want to take the high road, and sometimes it’s hard,” Kardashian admitted during the ABC News special. “I’ve always been a champion of him speaking his truth.”
When it comes to their kids, the reality star said she’s doing her best to “be there for them,” emphasizing the importance of having “really open dialogue” with all of them.
“At the end of the day, I just want my kids to be happy and healthy and think the world of their dad,” she said. “And they do.”
The beauty mogul further revealed that while she and the Yeezy designer still “talk daily,” it’s primarily “for the kids.”
“When it comes to family, Kanye and I will always be family,” she stated.
Earlier this month, Page Six broke the news that West recently told Kardashian he was “going away to get help.”
Sources told us the rapper promised his ex he wouldn’t make “any public appearances or inflammatory social media statements” in the meantime.
“At this time, Ye is committed to a healthy co-parenting relationship with Kim and is focused on raising their beautiful children,” a rep for West told us.
Kardashian and West were declared legally single in March. She filed for divorce in February 2021 and has been dating Davidson since October.
