Wajackoyah’s Wife Leedin Breaks Silence As She Complains Over KIEMS Kit Failure

Today Wajackoyah surprised everyone, including Leedin when he asked her to address the media ……………..

  • Wajackoyah has said his wife lives in the US while their three children – two daughters Marjorie and Marz and a son TY live in the United Kingdom.
  • But on Tuesday, Wajackoyah surprised everyone, including Leedin when he asked her to address the media.

Roots Party leader George Wajackoyah has not left anything to the imagination. He always speaks what is in his mind and this, together with his antics has endeared him to Kenyans.

But the one thing he has refused to let out is matters to do with his family. Even as he collapses on top of his car and tells Kondele residents that he was dreaming Raila Odinga has endorsed him for president or that we will start exporting hyena testicles, he has never let rip anything about his family, nuclear or otherwise.

This changed somewhat on Election Day when he showed up in Matungu Constituency, Kakamega County with his wife Leedin.

Many saw her for the first time during the debate when Wajackoyah showed up to tell the organisers that he would not take part if all the candidates were not present.

But on Election Day, Tuesday, Wajackoyah surprised everyone, including Leedin when he asked her to address the media.

During an address to the media where he complained about being asked to wait to vote after the KIEMS kits failed, Wajackoyah called on her to help his case. He was later allowed to vote.

“My wife here was telling me… please, let Kenyans hear your voice for the first time,” he said as she smiled looking a tad rattled.

“I wasn’t really expecting this,” she said. “But it’s very disappointing for the machines to not be working on the day that’s most important to the lives of all Kenyans concerned. However, no weapon formed against us the people of God, the people of Kenya shall prosper. That’s the ground that we stand on, so, you all remain vigilant, remain cool, remain calm and we’ll see this thing to the end, thank you.”

“Is this your first time experiencing a Kenyan election?” Quipped Mr. Wanga.

“It is, yes…,” she replied.

“Don’t go further than that, please,” said Wajackoyah even as the reporters tried to plead for more.
