Amason Kingi’s PAA party Pull out of Azimio Coalition

The Amason Kingi’s led party Pamoja African Alliance , has on Tuesday morning pulled out of Azimio La Umoja Coalition led by Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and current President Uhuru Kenyatta .

Speaking in a press briefing in Deputy President’s residence in Karen , Kingi stated that the Azimio umbrella failed to produce legal documents that proved that PAA is officially engaged in Azimio.

Kingi also stated that dealings in Azimio are done secretly and conducted by a few members in Azimio configuration .

Kingi emphasized that the agreement was not about leaders but rather for Kenyans and their issues .

“Legal Processes wasn’t completed because they refused to share the agreement , the dealings in Azimio are done secretly and by a few individuals and it became difficult to pursue PAA’s agendas within Azimio ,”he said .

In his part The Deputy President Ruto , welcomed PAA’s to a free conmanship coalition of Kenya Kwanza where everyone is treated equally and in respect .

“Here we have copies of the agreement that we have signed for both parties , there is a world of difference between us and the other side ,” DP said .

“The other side used force , here we use respect , there’s nothing we share ,”DP noted .

Kingi’s move comes barely hours after Alfred Mutua’s led Maendeleo Chap Chap Party also ditched the Azimio coalition in favor of Kenya Kwanza , citing dishonesty from the coalition and failure to produce legal agreement that was signed between the two parties , as well as exclusion and shyness from coalition activities and decision makings .
